Description

• Soft-bearing vertical balancing machine for measuring and correcting unbalance of disc-shaped rotors in one plane.
• Workpieces clamped on measuring spindle with zero-backlash by expanding sleeve mandrel.
• Strips fed by a vibratory conveyor and transferred to welding station.
• When workpieces are indexed to compensation position, spot-welding device advances to welding location using a servo sliding unit.
• Changeover to other workpiece types by exchanging type-specific adaptor parts.

• Determination of unbalance and machining offset values of centered unmachined crankshafts.
• Offset values printed out or linked directly to center unit.
