Contract Balancing Services

Contract Rotor Balancing

Hofmann has the know-how and the equipment. On a contract basis, we will balance your rotors or assemblies at our facility, any industry. We accept a wide range of rotor types and sizes:

• Horizontal applications up to 5000 lb (2268 kg)
• Vertical applications up to 150 lb (68 kg)

Our in-house Contract Balancing Department specializes in the following:

• Single-piece balancing to production runs
• Tiny components (1 oz or less), such as dental drills
• Single-plane and two-plane balancing
• Unique applications requiring tooling
• Process analysis and rotor analysis for your product
• Balancing per API, ISO, and SAE/ARP certifications
