Small Armature Balancing

Our products for small armature balancing range from table-top manual balancing machines to large, multi-station automatic systems with integrated correction for high-volume production. Modular designs provide the flexibility you need:

• To accommodate a variety of rotor sizes and types
• To incorporate the different levels of automation required to match the equipment to production volume

Hofmann semi-automatic and fully automatic balancing systems are tailored to the electric motor industry. Our automated systems use either rotary or inline transfer to reduce cycle time for higher production rates. We specialize in integrated correction using precision milling (V-milling or contour milling) or drilling processes for extremely accurate balancing, controlled by the latest PC, PLC, and servo motor controls.
