Our products range from small, bench-top balancing machines to large, multi-station automatic systems for high volume production. Modular designs provide the flexibility to accommodate a variety of rotor sizes and types, and to incorporate the different levels of automation needed to match the equipment to production volume.

In addition to manual balancing machines, Hofmann produces semi-automatic and fully automatic systems tailored to the electric motor industry. Our automated systems use either rotary or inline transfer. They specialize in balancing via weight removal using precision milling (V-milling or contour milling) or drilling processes.

Our products for armature balancing range from simple, bench-type balancing machines to complex, state-of-the-art balancing systems with integrated correction and the latest PC, PLC, and servo motor controls.
