VL 8000 Vibration Analyzer

The VibroLyzer VL 8000 Vibration and Balancing Instrument is a portable, state-of-the-art device for measuring and analyzing vibrations, as well as for field balancing. Built-in software tools are based on the familiar Microsoft® Windows® operating system. Using the VL 8000, you can measure and monitor the rotational speed and vibrations on a machine, as well as the condition of the roller bearings.

Description

• The VL 8000 provides systematically coordinated, powerful measuring and analyzing tools
• Is a tailored tool for specific measuring or balancing tasks: measuring vibrations, analyzing measured data, detecting damage and its mechanisms, field balancing with a modular design concept
• Enables you to identify unbalance so that you can correct it using the preferred method (for example, drilling holes)
• Calibration factors that change with the size of the unbalance can be taken into account
• Measurement values can be stored in the VL 8000 or transferred directly to a PC for archiving or post-processing
• The sophisticated power management system ensures long-lasting, cordless mobility
